Our  pricing is based on the total square footage of the home.  

Single Family Residential & Pre-Listing Inspections

•  Up to 1,500 square feet $400
• 1,501 to 2,000 square feet $425
• 2,001 to 2,500 square feet $450
• 2,501 to 3,000 square feet $475
• 3,001 to 3,500 square feet $500
• 3,501 to 4,000 square feet $525
• 4,001 to 4,500 square feet $550
• 4,501 to 5,000 square feet $575
• 5,001 to 5,500 square feet $600
• 5,501 to 6,000 square feet $625
• 6,001 to 6,500 square feet $650
• 6,501 to 7,000 square  feet $675
• Over 7,000 square feet  - call for quote

Condo/Townhome 

• Up to 1,500 square feet $350
• 1,501 to 2,000 square feet $375
• 2,001 to 2,500 square feet $400
• 2,501 to 3,000 square feet $425
• 3,001 to 3,500 square feet $450
• 3,501 to 4,000 square feet $475

Homes older than 25 years old will have an additional fee of $25.00.

Water Testing - $200 and up (basic and advanced available) 

Coliform bacteria, E. Coli bacteria, Nitrate, Nitrite, Arsenic, Iron, Lead, Manganese & Hardness testing available.

Well Yield Testing - $275

Mold Testing - $400 and up

In our standard test, 3 air samples are taken throughout the home to test for the presence of mold spores.

Radon Testing - $275

This is a 48-hour test with state-of-the art technology.

Visual Sewer Scope - $250

A visual sewer scope will give you the current status of your pipes and will provide you with recommendations for needed repairs.

In addition to our standard home inspection services, we also offer testing for water, mold, radon and visual sewer scopes.  Assured HomeCheck can also help with installation of radon mitigation systems.

Based on the location of the home, a mileage fee may apply for properties 50 miles from our office.  

A reinspection fee will be 1/2 of the original home inspection fee.

 If a home inspection or other tests are cancelled within 24 hours of current scheduled inspection, the client will be responsible for paying a fee of 1/2 of the original fee.
